• Sunday: Cesenatico.
  In addition to the canal port redesigned by Leonardo Da Vinci you will discover its hidden corners that make it unique.
  
  
  
• Monday: Cesena.
  The city known as the city of the 3 Popes with the Malatesta Library, the first library in Italy, and its stately center will capture your attention.
  
  
• Tuesday: Santarcangelo and Agriturismo.
  First the visit to the medieval village of Santarcangelo full of characteristic views, then the meeting with all the cycling groups at the table to taste our typical local products accompanied by an excellent wine.
  
  
  
• Wednesday: San Marino.
  A few kilometres from the Romagna Riviera on Mount Titano lies the small, independent foreign republic of San Marino. We will immerse ourselves in its history thanks to its fortress and the narrow streets of the centre.
  
  
  
• Thursday: Rimini.
  Walking in the center of this city among its monuments of Roman origin will be like reliving a past made of history but also of modernity thanks to its many fashion stores.
  
  
  
• Friday: Ravenna and cooking class.
  This historic UNESCO heritage city boasts numerous Romanesque-Byzantine monuments dotting the city centre along with elegant shops and fine craft shops where one can enjoy quality shopping.

Learn to cook like a real Romagna azdora! Francesca will teach you the secrets of Romagna cuisine and the culinary traditions that the Pasolini family has handed down from generation to generation.

Francesca's cooking classes have a very practical edge and, after learning the techniques, you will be able to cook typical Romagna dishes at home. Are you ready to invite friends and relatives?

The cooking class lasts about 3 hours, during which you will learn to:

• Making the piadina romagnola, according to the original recipe (nothing to do with industrial products!)
• Make long, wrinkled and fine noodles by hand
• Prepare the passatelli from scratch, one of the most traditional dishes of Romagna.

At the end of the cooking class, all the participants will taste the dishes they have prepared, accompanying them with a good glass of wine.

The lesson will not focus only on the execution of the recipes, but Francesca will also explain the gastronomic history of the dishes: once back home, your approach to Romagna food will be very different!

The cooking classes can be in Italian, English, German and French.
